When Lucy hugs Jack, he thaws into a nice guy, and her parents are saved. Lucy has to use her special, warm hugs to thaw Jack in order to save her own parents, whom Jack froze. This time, Santa puts family first, is honest with his in-laws about being Santa, and he saves Christmas.
